The name Sunnybrae derives from a Scottish word meaning sunny slope, and was purchased by Lynn and Karen McColley in February of 2002. One of their most favorite features is its impressive entrance. Black iron gates tipped in gold with bronze plaques open to the 1000 foot long driveway that is lined with Sawtooth Oaks and Sunset Maples. The drive is complemented by the massive flagpole with majestic flags that seem to welcome you as you approach.
